"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I stumbled upon this pic in the popular section and I am confused whether one calls it a copying or actualy an 'inspired' artwork?
The picture is this [link] vs. the picture similar from a gaming website [link] ? Looking at the one from DA there are very subtle similarities between the two, like the shoulder postions and the face looking down on the viewer...I mean is this an artisticly inspired creation or simple tracing?

first I didn't leave because nobody cared about my story. nor I left because of stupid people here on deviantart, you've misunderstood me. I had personal problems and because of them I had to leave. then, I decided to come back. why ? why not.
then ... erm, fat art sucks very hard, but both of the drawings you showed me WERE fat pieces. [link] look at her belly ... she's not thin at all, to me
DA, or this shithole as you call it, is indeed full of naruto and bleach fanarts. but well, it's legitimate that people draw what they like. hell, I like anthro, I draw furries. now, 60% of the stuff here is either related to renamon, krystal, naruto or bleach (surprisingly. these 2 furries are pretty popular here, I've seen some works with them in the "regular" popular category (not only in the anthro)

I stated in my comments that it was referenced from I-Surugi, if you're ignorant of who the artist of Zera is then that's not my problem.
Maybe it's your common practice to trace but don't assume everyone does the same, I for one never traced once in my life.
